Shipping & Return Policy

Closeout Sale:

  • All sales from midnight 7/17/2020 on are FINAL SALE and are not subject to return or exchange.
  • In the event of a damaged item a refund will be issued.
  • 6th & Market must be notified within 5 days of receiving a defective or damaged order.
  • All 6th & Market gift cards or store credits must be used by 7/17/2020 or be forfeited.
  • Unused gift cards or store credits cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.


  • We will always do our best to post sizing information along with a detailed try on video for each item and hope that you find it helpful when ordering.  Sizing however is a suggestion and not a guarantee.

Stock & Availability:

  • In order to provide you with fresh new items that are always on trend our inventory may be limited at times.  Items may be back ordered or on the way to us.  This means your items will not necessarily ship for a few days.  We will do our best to notify you any time an item falls outside of our standard shipping time frame.  We reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability/inventory.


  • Shipping is always FREE. No minimums, no coupon codes needed.
  • We will ship all items within 3 business days of the paid invoice unless the item is a PRE-ORDER or marked otherwise.  
  • All items are shipped USPS. Once you receive a tracking number, this means your package is now in the hands of the USPS and we are no longer liable.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • 6th & Market Boutique thinks of every client a friend/family.  Therefor we do our best to treat each client as such.  While we hope that all of your items are always perfect, we understand that an issue may come up.  Please check over your order as soon as you receive it.  If you receive a piece that is damaged, please notify us and submit photos of the damage on the items within 5 business days.   • We will do our best to replace your item.  If a replacement is not available then we will submit a refund.

Exchange & Return Policy & Process

  • Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange.  We will try our best to provide an exchange  We will let you know ASAP if we are not able to fulfill an exchange.
  • Items can be returned for store credit only.
  • Sale items that are marked down are Non-Returnable.
  • The item being returned must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of receipt.  There will be a $5 fee deducted from your credit, so that we can continue to offer free shipping.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Items such as leggings, undergarments (including camis or bralettes) and accessories cannot be returned.
  • Items must have original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant and pet dander.
